Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Customer Service
• Mandatory knowledge of GDS systems and Amadeus
• Knowledge of Sabre will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to travel bookings and reservations
• Assist customers with ticketing, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel‑related support
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining process quality standards

Salary

• 1217 months of experience: Salary up to 8 LPA
• 18 months or more of experience: Salary up to 10 LPA

Work Details

• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Week Offs
• Both side cab

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates with International Travel Process experience will be preferred

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and queries related to travel bookings and reservations.
• Help customers with ticket booking, changes, cancellations, and other travel‑related requests.
• Provide good customer service and resolve customer issues on time.
• Follow company processes and maintain quality standards.
