Job summary

NLB Services in Gurgaon (Sector 32) is hiring a Customer Service Executive for Travel Operations. You will handle inquiries for domestic air, hotel and bus bookings and process cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, amendments and baggage/seat requests; this is an inbound voice role in travel operations.

Requirements include a minimum of 6 months GDS experience (Amadeus/Galileo), typing 30 WPM with 85%+ accuracy, and strong English communication.

• Inbound voice support for travel bookings and customer handling.
• Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
• Typing speed 30 WPM with 85%+ accuracy.
• Salesforce/CRM knowledge preferred.
