Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience in travel process or BPO.
• Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of flight booking, ticketing, fare rules, and itinerary management.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
