• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Good customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle international inbound voice calls from HP products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printer, laptop, desktop, and connectivity issues.
• Provide step-by-step technical assistance and remote troubleshooting.
• Identify the root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant technical team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
• Follow technical support processes, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
