Job summary

Joulestowatts Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a Technical Support Executive for international voice support of HP products to deliver a high-quality customer experience over the phone.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printers, and connectivity, provide step-by-step guidance and remote assistance, maintain records, and meet SLA and quality targets in a rotational shift environment. English communication must be excellent, and immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; experience in technical support/international voice process preferable.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, printers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle international inbound voice calls from HP products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printers, laptops, desktops, and connectivity issues.
• Provide step-by-step technical assistance and remote troubleshooting.
• Identify root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant technical team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
• Ensure adherence to technical support processes, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
• Meet defined SLA, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Handle international inbound voice calls from HP products..
