This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Customer Service Representative, located in Noida and Gurugram. The candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain detailed records of interactions, provide product or service information, and perform conflict resolution when necessary. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve satisfaction levels.
