Job summary

WNS in Mumbai is seeking Customer Service Executives to join our international process. You will handle queries via International Voice or Chat support and work with a focus on delivering accurate solutions to customers abroad.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in International Voice or Chat Customer Service and strong communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to work in rotational UK shifts, if applicable, is preferred.
