Kanank Elite Services Private Limited is seeking an International BPO Associate (female candidates) to generate qualified leads through outbound calls and online platforms. You will interact with international clients, understand their requirements, and provide excellent customer support while following up to nurture leads.

We welcome graduates or undergraduates, freshers with strong English communication, and those with 6+ months in Sales or Customer Support, including night shift readiness.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream) or Freshers with good communication skills.
• Freshers with good communication skills are acceptable.
• 6+ months of experience in Sales and/or Customer Support.
• English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
