Core Responsibilities

• Experience with strong handling of B2B & B2C Outbound Sales.
• Send introductory communication to customers in assigned territories, positioning yourself as their interim sales representative. Serve as main point of contact for all customer needs during the transition period.
• Sales Growth (Cross‑Sell / Upsell): Analyse customer accounts and business verticals to identify unmet needs. Proactively recommend relevant products or services. Present tailored solutions to expand account value and drive growth.
