Job summary

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy in Bengaluru seeks an enthusiastic Inside Sales professional for B2B, non-voice and support domains. The role covers end-to-end sales from lead generation to closure, with night shifts and fixed weekends.

Pick-up & drop facility available and location is Bangalore. Candidates with 7 years of customer support/voice/non-voice experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice Process / Non-voice / Semi-voice / Technical support / Banking voice / Health care BPO.
• Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• BPO / Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Conduct product/service presentations and sales discussions over calls or online meetings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales pipeline.
• Follow company policies and SLA guidelines.
