Job summary

ITEN Media Pvt Ltd seeks a proactive events coordinator in Delhi to support delegate and visitor promotion for conferences year-round. You will drive outreach through email campaigns, digital channels, and tele-calling, and help manage registrations onsite.

The role involves market research, engagement with industry stakeholders, exhibitors, and coordinating logistics with marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure successful attendance and smooth event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support delegate and visitor promotion initiatives for conferences, including outreach through email, digital campaigns, and tele-calling.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify and engage potential delegates, visitors, and partners.
• Execute targeted outreach to industry stakeholders, associations, and institutions to drive event participation.
• Call and follow up with prospective delegates, visitors, and institutional participants to confirm registrations and encourage attendance.
• Assist exhibitors with post-event support, lead retrieval, and resolving operational queries.
• Coordinate both onsite and backend logistics, including registrations, help desk, session support, and partner servicing.
• Maintain and update databases of visitors, delegates, and exhibitors to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution of delegate and visitor engagement plans.
