Job summary

Xceedance is offering an IT Services & Support Intern role in Kolkata, India. You will support day-to-day IT operations involving Incident Management, Service Request Management, and IT Asset Management, gaining practical exposure to IT service delivery while collaborating with seasoned professionals.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed BCA/MCA/BTech, with basic hardware/software/networking knowledge, strong analytical skills, and good communication.
