Khatabook is seeking a Growth Associate / Growth Intern to join the Growth team and drive user acquisition, performance marketing, CRM, and growth experiments in India. We’re looking for a Growth Associate / Growth Intern to join Khatabook’s Growth team and work hands-on across user acquisition, performance marketing, CRM, and growth experiments. You’ll work closely with the Growth team on channels such as Meta and Google, analyse campaign and creative performance, execute CRM campaigns, and help identify new opportunities to acquire and convert users efficiently. This is a great role for someone who is analytical, curious about consumer behaviour, and excited to learn how growth works at scale.
You’re someone who sees that one campaign has a 20% lower CAC and immediately wants to understand why. You enjoy digging into numbers, spotting patterns, looking at creatives, understanding consumer behaviour, and turning those insights into the next experiment. You don't need to know everything about growth on Day 1 - but you should have the curiosity, analytical ability, and execution mindset to learn fast.
