Job summary

• Conduct post-delivery feedback calls for gifting and bulk customers.
• Coordinate with Operations, CX, and Planning teams for various D2C activities.
• Maintain trackers and support basic reporting of D2C performance metrics.
• Assist the team in ensuring smooth execution of daily and festive business activities.

We are looking for a D2C Intern ( Direct to Consumers) who will get hands-on exposure to the 360° D2C business, including sales execution, order tracking, launches, lead generation, customer feedback, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Track high-value orders and festive sales spikes in coordination with the Operations team.
• Assist in day-to-day D2C execution and track metrics for new and festive launches.
• Support international lead generation for gifting and bulk orders.
• Conduct post-delivery feedback calls for gifting and bulk customers.
• Coordinate with Operations, CX, and Planning teams for various D2C activities.
