W Health has set up India's first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health, an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing new businesses. Companies incubated in the last few years include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech and BabyMD.

About Everhope

Everhope Oncology is building India's most trusted supplement and nutrition platform for cancer patients. Our D2C store offers clinically curated supplements recommended by oncology experts, alongside a private-label product line currently under development. The business is scaling rapidly and the store intern will play a hands‑on role in its day‑to‑day growth.

Job Overview

We are looking for a D2C Store Intern to own the operations of the Everhope online store. This is an execution‑heavy role ideal for someone who wants to learn how a D2C health brand is built from the ground up.

This is a full‑time work‑from‑office role.

Catalogue & Store Management

• Manage and maintain the product catalogue on Shopify - listings, product descriptions, pricing updates, images, and stock status
• Onboard new SKUs end-to-end as the catalogue expands, including new supplier additions
• Develop product content for new SKUs - descriptions, benefit callouts, usage instructions, and FAQ sections, working with clinical inputs from the nutrition team
• Maintain content accuracy and consistency across product pages, collections, and landing pages

Order & Store Operations

• Coordinate with third‑party logistics partners
• Follow up on non‑delivery reports (NDRs), RTOs, and delivery exceptions to minimise order leakage

New Product Development (Private Label) Support

• Assist with launch operations for new private‑label SKUs - listing creation, content, and go‑live coordination

Requirements

• Strong interest in D2C, e‑commerce, healthcare, or consumer brands
• Excellent written communication
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus
• Bias for action, ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution
