Everhope Oncology is building India's most trusted supplement and nutrition platform for cancer patients. Our D2C store offers clinically curated supplements recommended by oncology experts, alongside a private‑label product line currently under development. The business is scaling rapidly and the store intern will play a hands‑on role in its day‑to‑day growth.

Job Overview

We are looking for a D2C Store Intern to own the operations of the Everhope online store. This is an execution‑heavy role ideal for someone who wants to learn how a D2C health brand is built from the ground up.

This is a full‑time work‑from‑office role.

Key Responsibilities

Catalogue & Store Management

• Manage and maintain the product catalogue on Shopify – listings, product descriptions, pricing updates, images, and stock status.
• Onboard new SKUs end‑to‑end as the catalogue expands, including new supplier additions.
• Develop product content for new SKUs – descriptions, benefit callouts, usage instructions, and FAQ sections, working with clinical inputs from the nutrition team.
• Maintain content accuracy and consistency across product pages, collections, and landing pages.

Order & Store Operations

• Coordinate with third‑party logistics partners
• Follow up on non‑delivery reports (NDRs), RTOs, and delivery exceptions to minimise order leakage.

New Product Development (Private Label) Support

• Assist with launch operations for new private‑label SKUs – listing creation, content, and go‑live coordination.

Requirements

• Strong interest in D2C, e‑commerce, healthcare, or consumer brands.
• Excellent written communication
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
