Job summary

Epicor is seeking a fresher technical writer to produce high-quality documentation and instructional videos for Epicor products. You will work with R&D teams to create implementation guides, user guides, how-to articles, and process walkthroughs, ensuring clear, concise content for customers.

You will learn our products, explain technical concepts in simple terms, and support multiple projects with strong English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Fresher with a Degree in Technical Writing, Education, or Instructional Design or related program and/or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and/or other desktop publishing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work on different projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Jira, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, WalkMe, and Storyline 360 is a plus.

Job Summary

As a member of the Product Operations and Learning Team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation /Instructional Videos for Epicor products. You will work with R&D project teams to produce various types of documentation such as implementation guides, user guides, how-to articles, and process walkthroughs. Your skills and knowledge of technical writing practices will help support the content team and contribute to content development. You will also work with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Testers to ensure our applications have the required documentation to inform and support our customers.
