Job summary

Swajyot Technologies is seeking a field-service engineer to support software deployment, implementation, and upgrades across India and overseas. You will install and configure software at customer sites, troubleshoot issues, and provide remote and on-site technical support.

The role involves customer training during Go-Live, coordinating with development teams, and preparing implementation and support documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering in one of the listed fields.
• Knowledge of OS, networks and TCP/IP is required.
• Good English communication and presentation skills.
• Ready to travel extensively to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Computer Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and TCP/IP.


• Familiarity with Databases is an added advantage.


• Basic understanding of Serial Communication, USB, Ethernet, or Industrial Communication is desirable.


• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.


• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.


• Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.


• Passion for learning new technologies.
