Job summary

NIIT Limited in Gurugram, India invites a motivated student or recent graduate to support alumni relations and community building through social media outreach.

You will use Facebook and LinkedIn to reconnect with alumni, create engaging posts, analyze the alumni database for reactivation, and reach out via various channels, while collaborating with internal teams to keep data accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed.
• Strong familiarity with Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creative mindset and enthusiasm for community building.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Canva or similar content creation tools.

• Collect feedback from alumni to continuously refine communication strategies.
