Job Overview

The Specialist- Alumni Relations will be responsible for building, nurturing, and strengthening long-term relationships with alumni from all the programs. The role focuses on developing an active and engaged alumni network, maintaining accurate alumni data, and enabling meaningful connections between alumni, current participants, academic partners, and corporate leaders. The incumbent will also facilitate mentorship and placement opportunities while driving alumni engagement initiatives that enhance the overall learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cordial relations with alumni of programs
• Responsible for building Alumni Network, Connections, Engagement & Outreach
• Maintaining Alumni Database with timely verification and it's updating, record Maintenance & documentation
• Oversee liaison with the Alumni/corporates/leaders to ensure mentorship & placement opportunities to the existing participants.
• Develops, coordinates and evaluates programs / activities to promote alumni relations with the existing participants.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in the EdTech industry is required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and in an ambiguous work environment
