Job summary

About the Role

The Community Program Manager is responsible for creating an engaging and impactful campus environment and partners with the external ecosystem. This role drives student engagement, leadership development, industry exposure, and campus‑wide initiatives while serving as the key liaison between students, university stakeholders, and central teams.



Key Responsibilities


  • Build a vibrant and inclusive campus culture across all NST Campuses.

  • Thoughtfully design and lead onboarding and induction programs for new batches.

  • Design student bodies and mentor student leaders and empower them to drive initiatives independently.

  • Drive recognition programs and showcase student achievements.

  • Maintain visibility of student accomplishments and success stories.



Campus Activities & Initiatives


  • Building and running initiatives with students at core.

  • Plan and deliver guest lectures, masterclasses, workshops, hackathons, and networking sessions.

  • Partner with national and international industry, academia, and other bodies for enhancing exposure.

  • Lead execution of technical, cultural, and professional events.

  • Drive participation in competitions, conferences, and external forums.

  • Create opportunities that enhance learning beyond academics.



Stakeholder Management


  • Act as the primary point of contact for university administration, founders, campus teams.

  • Own the annual operating plan budget and manage approvals, coordination, and institutional relationships.

  • Align campus activities with broader organizational goals.



Team Leadership & Operations


  • Lead campus teams and student representatives to achieve engagement goals.

  • Monitor key metrics and implement improvements based on feedback.

  • Ensure smooth execution of programs within timelines and budgets.

  • Handle multiple priorities while maintaining high‑quality outcomes.



What We're Looking For


  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Community (Offline) Management, Event management, Community Program Management.

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to drive initiatives independently with a high sense of ownership.

  • Experience working with educational institutions, student communities, or youth‑focused programs is preferred.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
