Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in site execution or project coordination.
• Experience with interior/acoustic panel projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and coordination of interior and acoustic panel projects.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and installation work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress tracking.
• Ensure work is as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate material dispatch, installation schedules and manpower planning.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports and site records.
• Assist in BOQ verification, billing coordination and project updates.
• Ensure safety and quality standards at project sites.
• Resolve routine site issues and elevate critical concerns to the Supervisor.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 year of experience in site execution or project coordination and be willing to work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

• Assist in the execution and coordination of interior and acoustic panel projects.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and installation work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, hospitality, institutional, or turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
