Times Fibrefill Pvt. Ltd. in Pune & Nearby Cities is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator (Interior) with 2+ years of experience to support execution of interior and acoustic panel projects.

You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and clients, and ensure timely, quality delivery under the Project Manager's guidance. Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of site execution or project coordination experience.
• Willing to work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and coordination of interior and acoustic panel projects.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and installation work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress tracking.
• Ensure work is executed per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate material dispatch, installation schedules, and manpower planning.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and site records.
• Assist in BOQ verification, billing coordination, and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at project sites.
• Resolve routine site issues and escalate when needed.
