Job summary

Primus Products And Solutions is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of exterior cladding and selected interior components. You will coordinate with architects, builders, clients, installation teams, transporters, and labour to ensure quality, timely completion, and safety on site.

You will read AutoCAD drawings, interpret project requirements, manage on-site activities, and maintain accurate measurements and material records in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or interior design or equivalent technical field.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong measurement and material quantity calculation skills.

Role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor responsible for managing and supervising the installation of exterior cladding products and selected interior products such as toilet partitions. The candidate will coordinate with architects, builders, clients, installation teams, transporters, and labour to ensure smooth execution, quality, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the on-site installation of exterior cladding products and selected interior products such as toilet partitions.
• Understand project requirements through architectural drawings, site instructions, and specifications.
• Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and interpret them for site execution.
• Coordinate and manage installation teams at project sites.
• Coordinate regularly with architects, builders, and client representatives.
• Monitor and report daily work progress and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Ensure quality standards and proper installation practices are maintained.
• Take accurate site measurements in mm, feet, inches, metres, and sq. ft.
• Record and maintain measurements in MS Excel.
• Calculate material quantities based on drawings and site measurements.
• Coordinate material requirements, transportation, loading, and unloading.
• Coordinate with labour teams for loading/unloading and site-related activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, including bills, challans, measurement sheets, and other site records.
• Ensure successful site handover and obtain completion certificates from clients/consultants.
• Resolve routine site-level execution and coordination issues in consultation with the management.
• Be comfortable with field work and travelling approximately 3040 km per day within Pune and nearby areas.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / relevant technical field preferred.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
• Good knowledge of site measurements and material quantity calculations.
• Basic to good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage installation teams and multiple site activities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
• Site supervision experience in cladding, interiors, construction, or related products will be an advantage.
