Job summary

Dotand in Chennai seeks an experienced Interior Fit-out Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior activities and coordinate with contractors to ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.

You will monitor quality, progress, and material usage, report daily site status, manage safety and housekeeping, and drive timely completion while controlling wastage. Requires 2–5 years' experience and relevant education.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out-site supervision.
• Good knowledge of interior execution and construction practices.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.
• Ability to manage contractors and site workers effectively.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Salary Package: ₹2.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA, based on experience and skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain site records.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the project site.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports as required.
