Job summary

Sanprika Interiors is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead interior execution and site supervision across PAN India projects. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-outs, material management, and contractor coordination, with readiness for travel.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities in the Greater Delhi Area, ensuring safety, quality standards, and timely project completion while coordinating with designers, vendors, and clients.

The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring that interior projects are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, supervising site workforce, monitoring project progress, and resolving on-site technical issues. The role involves conducting regular inspections, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely completion of work within budget and scope. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring consistent presence at project locations and close collaboration with the project management team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience managing daily construction or interior fit-out activities.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Candidates should possess quality control skills, including the ability to inspect work, enforce standards, and ensure adherence to specifications and safety norms.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering or civil engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, understand load-bearing elements, and address technical issues.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; prior experience in interior or construction projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, bills of quantities, and site reports.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on site.
• Familiarity with construction materials, interior finishes, and basic site safety regulations in the Greater Delhi Area or similar urban environments.
