Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day interior site activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, vendors, and workers.
• Supervise carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Check site measurements, material requirements, and workmanship.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the project team.
• Ensure proper quality of work and adherence to project standards.
• Monitor material delivery, usage, and site inventory.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety practices.
• Assist with snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
