Job summary

Badakar Interiors & Automation is seeking an experienced interior supervisor to lead interior fit-out projects in Lucknow. You will supervise ceiling, flooring, carpentry, and finishes while interpreting drawings and coordinating with contractors and design teams. Strong communication and on-site coordination are essential to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil Engineering or Interior-related field is required.
• 3–10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes and execution methods.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise interior works such as false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, and MEP coordination.
• Read and interpret interior drawings and layouts.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams.
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at site.
• Monitor material usage and site progress.
• Prepare daily site reports and resolve site issues.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget.
