Job summary

Rahnee Design Studio in Mumbai is seeking a sales-driven interior design professional to respond to qualified leads, conduct design consultations, and negotiate within pricing guidelines. The role focuses on converting leads into projects, developing BOQs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.

The candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in interior fit-outs or related fields, and will leverage Zoho CRM to manage customer interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-outs, design-build firms, architecture services, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to qualified leads and understand client requirements, budget and timelines.
• Conduct design consultations, present proposals and negotiate within approved pricing guidelines.
• Follow the firm's Sales Framework during every opportunity.
• Convert leads into projects and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Develop design concepts, BOQs and presentations as per client requirements.
• Recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture and lighting solutions.
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality and timely design deliverables.
• Manage customer interactions, follow-ups and records through Zoho CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
