Job summary

Role Description

The Sales Manager Interior Designer is responsible for driving interior design sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing design proposals from concept to closure in a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements and budgets, presenting design concepts and solutions, and preparing detailed quotations and project proposals. The role involves coordinating with the design and execution teams to ensure feasibility of designs, timely delivery, and alignment with client expectations. The Sales Manager Interior Designer will follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, manage pipelines, and track sales performance, while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation. The role also includes visiting project sites, monitoring progress, and providing updates to clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
