Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders
• Define project scope, objectives, and resource requirements
• Track progress and manage risks, issues, and changes effectively
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, and procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Lead site coordination and resolve on‑ground execution challenges

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in project management (interiors/construction preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
