Job summary

Livspace is seeking an Operations Lead (Ops + Client Handling) in Hyderabad to own end-to-end project execution, act as the primary client contact, and drive timely delivery with quality. You will coordinate with manpower agencies, lead installation teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Role requires a strong PM foundation, 2+ years in interior fit-out, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/corporate).
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of project execution from start to finish.
• Engage with clients and provide regular project updates (planned/ongoing/upcoming activities).
• Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation.
• Prepare and share Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs).
• Lead and guide installation teams to execute work as per design plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience.
• Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure strict adherence to processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
