Job summary

Livspace is seeking an Operations Lead to own end-to-end project execution for interior fit-out projects and act as the primary client contact, ensuring updates and a smooth experience. You will drive stakeholder alignment and resolve issues to ensure timely project completion.

The role requires 2+ years in interior fit-out, strong project management, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will hire, mentor, and build a high-performing operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/corporate).
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution from start to finish.
• Engage with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies for timely resource allocation.
• Prepare and share Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs).
• Lead and guide installation teams to execute work as per design plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience.

Role: Operations Lead (Ops + Client Handling)

Own end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality and timelines.Act as the primary client contact, ensuring regular updates and a smooth experience. Drive stakeholder alignment and issue resolution to ensure successful project completion.

What You’ll Own

• Take complete ownership of project execution from start to finish.
• Engage with clients and provide regular project updates (planned / ongoing / upcoming activities).
• Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation.
• Prepare and share Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs).
• Lead and guide installation teams to execute work as per design plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience.
• Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure strict adherence to processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
