Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Project Executive in Pune to drive interior residential projects from drawings to delivery. You will conduct site visits, share progress with stakeholders, and coordinate vendors to keep schedules and quality on track.

The role requires a Civil, Architecture or Interior Design background and hands-on experience in residential interior projects. A valid two-wheeler is mandatory for site visits, and you will uphold Livspace processes to ensure CSAT.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Residential interior project execution experience preferred.
• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects as per drawings with quality and within timelines.
• Conduct daily site visits and share DPR with stakeholders.
• Create weekly schedules and align vendors for resource allocation.
• Monitor quality as per defined standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure 100% adherence to Livspace processes.
• Maintain accurate site and project documentation.
• Drive on-time project completion with high quality standards.
• Ensure strong customer experience (CSAT).
