Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior / Civil Billing.
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and billing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOQs, RA Bills & Final Bills.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements as per drawings/site work.
• Check contractor/vendor bills and supporting documents.
• Prepare work orders and rate analysis when required.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and project teams.
• Track project quantities, billing status and variations.
• Verify measurements at site and maintain proper billing records.
• Ensure billing is accurate and submitted within timelines.
