Job summary

Simpliwork in Bengaluru seeks an experienced interior designer to develop innovative commercial/corporate spaces from concept through delivery. You will craft detailed drawings, present designs to clients, and manage schedules and documentation.

The role requires 5–7 years in commercial interiors, strong CAD/SketchUp skills, and proven ability to coordinate across vendors, sites, and clients while upholding codes and cost considerations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial or corporate interiors.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, Photoshop.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and self-starter attitude.
• Knowledge of building and accessible codes / industry standard codes.
• Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projects.
• Knowledge of industry construction costs and material costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining high standards of execution.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, site engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide follow-up support to customers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
