Job summary

AP Interior Modular Manufacturing is seeking an Interior Designer/Senior Designer to drive growth from concept to execution. You will craft design concepts, layouts, and compelling 3D visualisations for residential and commercial spaces.

Prepare 2D drawings, BOQs, and material specifications, and coordinate with clients, site teams, and project managers to ensure design intent is realized. Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Enscape is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education in interior design or architecture as required.
• Proven ability to design interior concepts and layouts for residential/commercial projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in modular furniture design and fast, color-ready 3D outputs.

Role & responsibilities

• Interior Designer or Senior designer who can help us grow interior business from designing to execution.
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and high-quality 3D visualisations.
• Prepare 2D technical drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and material specifications.
• Coordinate smoothly with clients, site teams, and project managers to ensure design intent is fully met.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, hardware, and modular components as per project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture (or equivalent).
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar 3D rendering design tools.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in residential and commercial interior design.
• Key Skills:
  
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, spatial planning, and detail orientation.
  • Professional client communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in modular furniture design is required.
  • Ability to ensure speedy delivery of colored 3D designs and render outputs.
