Job summary

Habrick Engineers And Architects is seeking an Interior Designer/Interior Architect with strong design sense and technical skills in Kerala. The role involves developing concept designs, space planning, and producing detailed working drawings for construction.

You will create 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material selections while coordinating with vendors and site teams to ensure cost-effective, implementable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong skills in concept design, space planning, mood boards, and 3D visualization.
• Ability to develop detailed working drawings, including layouts, ceiling plans, flooring, electrical, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Excellent knowledge of interior materials and products such as tiles, stone, wood, laminates, veneers, hardware, lighting, furniture, and sanitaryware.
• Good understanding of construction methods and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, and Photoshop; Revit is an advantage.
• Ability to manage projects from concept development through detailed drawings and execution.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Good vendor/product sourcing and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and space layouts for projects.
• Create detailed working drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
