• Site experience with confidence that proposed designs can be installed with minimal hassle.
• Customer-centric approach, proposing designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing within the client's budget.
• Mandatory exposure to residential projects.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
