Job description

Results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Be the Lead Designer for a set of HomeLane customers, from the first meeting to order booking and design finalization.
2. Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide the best design solutions for their homes, including quoting, detailed designing, and preparing production drawings for manufacturing.
3. Manage multiple design projects, prioritizing and executing effectively.
4. Analyze sales reports, project TAT, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputed institution.
• Site experience with confidence that proposed designs can be installed with minimal hassle.
• Customer-centric approach, providing highly functional and aesthetically pleasing designs within the customer's budget.
• Experience with residential projects is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
