HomeLane is seeking a creative Interior Designer to manage residential design projects from concept to order booking. You will translate client requirements into practical, aesthetically pleasing concepts, prepare detailed designs and quotations, and coordinate with production and installation teams for smooth execution.

The role emphasizes strong site understanding, budget alignment, and high customer satisfaction, with English fluency required and local-language knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2-6 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
• Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory).
• Strong fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.
• Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
