Job summary

HomeLane in Gurugram invites an Interior Design Consultant to manage residential design projects from initial consultation to finalization and order booking.

You will translate client requirements into practical, aesthetically appealing designs, create accurate quotations and production-ready drawings, and coordinate with production, operations and installation teams.

Strong design fundamentals, site feasibility understanding, and excellent communication in English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2-6 years of experience in residential interior design projects.
• Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory).
• Strong fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.
• Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
