Job summary

Reach Talent Solutions is seeking a telesales professional to promote insurance products over the phone within India. You will conduct outbound calls, assess customer needs, and propose suitable plans while following IRDAI guidelines.

CRM updates and target achievement are essential, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are graduates with 6 months to 2 years in telesales, fluent in Tamil and English; regional languages are a plus, with training provided on products and sales

Qualifications

• Experience in handling outbound calls and meeting sales targets.

• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
