Job summary

ICICI Lombard General Insurance is hiring a Telesales Executive in Navi Mumbai, with Graduation as the minimum qualification. The role involves making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and pitching insurance products to close sales.

Work timings are 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, five days a week. CTC up to 3.79 LPA plus monthly incentives; attractive performance bonuses are available on top of fixed pay.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Must be able to make outbound calls and understand customer needs.
• Ability to explain insurance products and pitch benefits clearly.
• Incentives are earned on top of fixed salary and targets.
• Willingness to work in a telesales environment with a focus on policy sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to convert them into policy sales.
• Understand customer needs and pitch Health, Motor, Travel insurance products.
• Explain product features, benefits and coverage clearly to close deals.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and earn incentives.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers.
• Earn attractive incentives and performance bonuses on top of fixed salary.
