Troth Group in Bhavnagar invites an Operations Executive to join our Insurance Broking team. You will conduct fact-finding to understand client needs and assist in generating quotations, while coordinating with insurers and internal teams to service policies efficiently.

• Conduct fact-finding to understand customer requirements and support generation of insurance quotations.

• Process insurance transactions including new business, renewals, cancellations, and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to ensure timely and accurate policy servicing.
• Contact customer leads, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable insurance solutions.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate records as per process requirements.
