Job summary

Naukripay group in India is seeking an Insurance Executive to handle insurance sales, customer relationships, policy servicing, renewals and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in insurance or related sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while achieving monthly targets and maintaining accurate records in CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new insurance customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Assist customers with policy renewals, claims, endorsements, and documentation.
• Ensure accurate completion of application and KYC documents.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy processing.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries.
• Follow company policies and applicable insurance regulations.
