Job summary

Chola is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator with telesales exposure, preferably in Insurance, BPO, or Call Centre environments. The role supports the sales team through lead management, data upkeep, and insurance-related documentation.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools to manage fast-paced, cross-functional workflows.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telesales (Insurance/BPO/Call Centre preferred).
• Basic to good knowledge of insurance products and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
• Support lead management, follow-ups, and tracking of sales activities
• Maintain and update sales data, MIS reports, and CRM systems
• Assist in documentation and processing of insurance-related transactions
• Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities by coordinating with stakeholders
• Handle customer queries and provide basic information on insurance products
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery
