Job summary

Atharv Consultants is seeking an instrumentation professional for installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of field instruments across a continuous process environment.

The role involves handling DCS and PLC systems, flow meters, RTDs, pressure switches, sensors, actuator valves, load cells, weighing systems, data recorders and pneumatic systems, with 6-8 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in instrumentation within a continuous process industry, preferably chemical Mfg.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain field instruments including DCS & PLC systems.
• Operate flow meters, RTDs, pressure switches, sensors.
• Work with actuator valves, load cells, weighing systems.
• Data recorder, pneumatic systems, and control panel maintenance.
• Perform preventive, predictive, shutdown and breakdown maintenance in a continuous process industry.
