Job summary

Atharv Consultants seeks an experienced instrumentation professional to install, calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain field instruments across a continuous process environment. You will work with DCS and PLC systems, flow meters, RTDs, sensors, valves, and weighing equipment, ensuring reliability and uptime.

The role requires 6-8 years of relevant instrumentation experience in chemical manufacturing or similar sectors, with a focus on preventive, predictive, shutdown and breakdown maintenance

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in instrumentation within a continuous process industry, preferably chemical manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with installation, calibration, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of field instruments.
• Experience executing preventive, predictive, shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain field instruments including DCS & PLC systems.
• Handle flow meters, RTDs, pressure switches, sensors and related devices.
• Work with actuators, valves, load cells, weighing systems and data recorders; manage pneumatic systems and control panels.
