Job summary

Atharv Consultants is seeking an instrumentation specialist to install, calibrate and troubleshoot field instruments, including DCS & PLC systems. You will work on flow meters, RTDs, pressure switches, sensors, actuators, valves, load cells and weighing systems within a continuous process environment.

The role requires 6–8 years of instrumentation experience in a chemical manufacturing or similar process industry, with emphasis on preventive, predictive, shutdown and breakdown maintenance

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of instrumentation experience in a continuous process industry.
• Experience in maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, shutdown and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain field instruments including DCS & PLC systems.
• Handle flow meters, RTDs, pressure switches, sensors and actuators.
• Maintain valves, load cells and weighing systems, data recorders and pneumatic systems.
• Execute preventive, predictive, shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities.
